epx api delete

Send DELETE to an API path and print the JSON response. Sends DELETE to PATH on the configured API host, with the JSON body that --file gives (none without it), and prints the response body as JSON (YAML with -o yaml) with sorted keys and every value as sent (nothing for an empty one). {tenant} in PATH is replaced with the tenant; query values given with -p replace inline ones. It sends no other header, such as the Content-Language that the Unit Service requires to create or update a unit. Deletes data, which cannot be undone. On a terminal, epx sends DELETE only once you type PATH at its prompt. --yes sends without asking (required without a terminal, or with --file -); --dry-run prints the request instead of sending it. Requests only the scopes given with --scope besides the tenant: name every write scope that the endpoint needs, as Emporix grants only requested scopes. Command: epx api delete PATH [flags] Flags
  • --dry-run
Print the request instead of sending it (excludes -o).
  • --file <PATH>
JSON request body in PATH, sent byte for byte (- reads standard input; sending it then needs --yes).
  • -o, --output <format>
Format of the response: json or yaml. Default: json.
  • -p, --param <key=value>
    Query parameter as key=value (repeatable).
  • --scope <strings>
OAuth scope to request besides the tenant (repeatable).
  • --yes
Send without asking (required without a terminal, or with --file -).
Also takes the global flags. Examples

epx api get

GET an API path and print the JSON response. Sends GET to PATH on the configured API host and prints the response body as JSON (YAML with -o yaml) with sorted keys and every value as sent. {tenant} in PATH is replaced with the tenant; Accept-Language: * requests every translation. Query values given with -p replace inline ones. Request every scope the endpoint needs with --scope: Emporix grants only requested scopes and may silently omit data otherwise. Command: epx api get PATH [flags] Flags
  • -o, --output <format>
Format of the response: json or yaml. Default: json.
  • -p, --param <key=value>
    Query parameter as key=value (repeatable).
  • --scope <strings>
OAuth scope to request besides the tenant (repeatable).
Also takes the global flags. Examples

Send PATCH to an API path and print the JSON response. Sends PATCH to PATH on the configured API host, with the JSON body that --file gives (none without it), and prints the response body as JSON (YAML with -o yaml) with sorted keys and every value as sent (nothing for an empty one). {tenant} in PATH is replaced with the tenant; query values given with -p replace inline ones.
